These terms govern your use of getcertari.com and any engagement with Certari. By using the site or working with us, you agree to them.

What we do

Certari provides done-for-you operational audits and solutions — using AI, software, automation, or a simpler process — to help businesses close the gaps costing them time and money.

Engagements and fees

• The initial Needs Assessment call is free and carries no obligation.
• The Automation Audit is a paid step that produces an action plan with a defined scope of work and deliverables. If you move forward with a build, the audit fee is credited toward it.
• Ongoing services are provided under the scope and fees agreed in your engagement.

Estimates and outcomes

Timelines, scopes, and projected results are estimates based on the information available and are scoped in your audit. Business outcomes depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

To deliver our work, we may need access to the tools and information relevant to your project. You are responsible for having the right to grant that access and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our methods, know-how, and reusable tools. You own your business data and the specific deliverables produced for you under your engagement, as set out in that agreement.

Third-party services

Our website and solutions may rely on third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Certari is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
